Thank you for using Jicoo.
To ensure a more secure and private online meeting environment, Jicoo is updating its Zoom integration to align with the latest security standards recommended by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom).
If you currently use your "Personal Meeting ID (PMI)" for scheduling meetings through Jicoo, please review the following changes and schedule.
All Zoom meeting URLs generated through Jicoo will be standardized to use a unique "Random Meeting ID" for each session.
Even if your Zoom settings are currently set to "Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI)," Jicoo will automatically generate a new, unique meeting URL for every booking made through our platform to enhance security.
In their official security guidelines, Zoom recommends using random meeting IDs rather than a static PMI for scheduled meetings. Since a PMI is essentially "one continuous meeting," using unique IDs for each session helps prevent unauthorized participants from joining your meetings (e.g., "Zoom-bombing").
Jicoo is committed to these security best practices to prioritize the privacy and safety of our users' communications.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide a safer platform for all our users.
