Beyond the Jicoo

Participated in launching multiple services at Yahoo Japan as Engineer, among others. After founding a startup in the social app space, co-founded Spacemarket Inc. in January 2014. Consistently oversaw product strategy and organizational development as Director/CPO, CTO. Successfully listed the company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Board in December 2019. Stepped down from the board and founded Jicoo in 2020.

Started career at Yahoo Japan, where involvement ranged from the development of social services to the launch and development of middleware used throughout Yahoo. Later excelled as a lead engineer at RealNetwork. Joined Spacemarket as its first engineer in August 2014 and contributed to the company's listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Board as CTL. Joined Jicoo Inc. in 2021

Graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Meiji University. Began career at an advertising agency before joining Yahoo Inc. in 2004, where contributions were made in expanding client and agency business through WEB advertising. Subsequently engaged in marketing at SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation starting from 2007. Launched owned media and achieved growth up to 2 million page views

Contributed to the support of various startups as the first in-house designer at a consulting firm. Served as the leader of the design team. In 2024, joined Jicoo Inc.

In 2020, I joined JollyGood, Inc. as an intern, where I worked on VR applications and related system development for about 3 years. After working for dip corporation. where I participated in the API modification.In August 2024, I joined Jicoo, Inc.

Involved in a wide range of retail operations, from website development to procurement, sales promotion, and customer service, at a company specializing in consumer-facing e-commerce. Went independent in 2008 to focus on website development and the operation of proprietary media platforms

In 2018, I joined Space Market Inc., where I was responsible for the GUI design of the company's native applications. Since joining GMO Pepabo Inc. in 2022, I have been focusing on the GUI and design system of Web applications. With experience in both native and web application design, I am committed to providing a consistent and engaging user experience across multiple platforms

In 2022, I joined Nex-Pro Co.,Ltd, a developer of SaaS services for ToB. I contributed to continuous quality maintenance and improvement of services through Quality Assurance such as creating test plan, executing test, testing functional linkage. In 2024, I joined Jicoo Inc.

After working as a bookkeeping and tax accountant instructor at a vocational school, I changed my career to accounting for a listed company. Experienced in accounting for multiple business types such as retail and IT businesses. Joined our company in June 2024.

After joining Softbank Corp. in 1999, he transferred to its subsidiary Yahoo Japan within 6 months, where he was in charge of breaking news media such as Yahoo! Sports and local service content, and from 2012, as Technical Director, he was in charge of the overall system of the department. After working for Recruit Lifestyle, Gurunavi, and JTB, he was appointed CTO of dip Corporation in November 2020. After stepping down, he joined Jicoo as a technical advisor.

Worked extensively at Yodoyabashi & Yamagami Law Firm in areas ranging from corporate governance, M&As, and corporate litigation/non-litigation to general civil and criminal cases. Joined (on secondment) Spacemarket Inc. in July 2016, contributing from the planning stage not only in legal affairs but also in formulating business schemes. Also handled local government and corporate alliance negotiations, fundraising, internal audits, etc., and experienced listing the company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Board in December 2019 as the responsible manager.

After serving as CFO/CHRO at Spacemarket Inc., he is currently the Executive Vice President of the company. He has been supporting our company since June 2021 and became an Outside Director in December 2024.
