Jicoo Certified as an Eligible Tool for the "SME Digitalization & AI Adoption Support Subsidy"

The scheduling automation tool Jicoo has been officially certified and registered as an Eligible IT Tool under the "Subsidy for Promoting Digitalization and AI Adoption among SMEs" (SME Digitalization & AI Adoption Support Subsidy).

As a result, when small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small-scale businesses newly implement the "Jicoo Team Plan," they can leverage this subsidy to significantly reduce first-year costs such as license fees, enabling a smooth promotion of DX (Digital Transformation).

1. Subsidy Eligibility Criteria and "Jicoo" Implementation Simulation

Under this subsidy (Standard Category), up to 1/2 of the expenses required for implementing and operating IT tools (for up to 2 years) will be subsidized.

【Important】Minimum Amount and License Requirements Since the minimum subsidy amount is set at 50,000 JPY, a lump-sum contract of 100,000 JPY (excluding tax) or more is required to be eligible. When newly implementing the Jicoo Team Plan (14,400 JPY/license per year, excluding tax), an application for 7 licenses or more is a general guideline.

2. Eligible Customers (Eligibility Criteria)

SMEs and small-scale businesses (corporations and sole proprietors) that meet all of the following conditions can utilize this subsidy when implementing Jicoo.

① Basic Conditions

• Domestic Corporations & Sole Proprietors: Must be registered and operating business in Japan at the time of application.
• Not an IT Vendor: Must not be registered as an "IT Support Provider" for this subsidy.
• No Duplicate Applications: Must not have received a grant decision for the same category within the same fiscal year (limited to once per business operator).
• Legal Compliance: No serious legal violations or history of fraudulent receipt of subsidies.

② Business Size Guidelines by Industry (Compliant with the Small and Medium Enterprise Basic Act)

• Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation: Capital of 300 million JPY or less OR 300 employees or less
• Wholesale: Capital of 100 million JPY or less OR 100 employees or less
• Service Industry: Capital of 50 million JPY or less OR 100 employees or less
• Retail: Capital of 50 million JPY or less OR 50 employees or less

*Small-scale business operators (5 or fewer employees for commerce/services, 20 or fewer for other industries) are also eligible.
