Jicoo AI Terms

These Jicoo AI Terms of Service (these "AI Terms") apply to your access to and use of the AI features provided by Jicoo, Inc. ("Jicoo" or "we"). These AI Terms form a part of the underlying Terms of Service or other agreement between you and Jicoo (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.

"Jicoo AI" refers to the suite of features and functionality provided by Jicoo that utilize machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and other artificial intelligence technologies. This includes text generation, summarization, translation, extraction, and "Meeting AI" as defined below.

"Meeting AI" refers to a specific function of Jicoo AI that allows for recording, transcription, summarization, visual content generation, and speech data analysis of meetings through connection to web conference platforms or use of recording devices.

"Recording Agent" refers collectively to the programs, bots, applications, or hardware devices used in Meeting AI to automatically capture and record meeting data.

"AI Providers" refers to third-party providers of AI technology that Jicoo uses to provide Jicoo AI features. This includes, but is not limited to, OpenAI, L.L.C., Google LLC (Gemini/Vertex AI), and any other providers added in the future.

"Input" and "Output": Data you provide to Jicoo AI (including audio, video, text, and conference data captured by the Recording Agent) is referred to as "Input," and data generated by Jicoo AI based on such Input is referred to as "Output."

Use of AI Providers and Data Restrictions

You agree that Jicoo may, at its sole discretion, select and combine models from OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and other AI Providers to provide the optimal results for Jicoo AI.

Jicoo and its AI Providers will not use your Input or Output to train or improve their artificial intelligence models. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Services and improving functionality as defined in the Agreement, and will be treated strictly as Customer Data.

In using Jicoo AI, you agree to comply with the applicable policies of our AI Providers, including but not limited to OpenAI's Usage Policies and Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

Meeting AI Features (Use of Recording Agents)

When you use Meeting AI to have a Recording Agent join, connect to, or otherwise record a web conference or in-person meeting, it is your sole responsibility to provide prior notification to and obtain necessary consent from all participants in the meeting (including participants outside your organization) regarding the recording, transcription, and AI analysis by the Recording Agent. Jicoo assumes no liability for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from your failure to obtain such consent from participants.

Meeting AI relies on the specifications of external platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) (collectively, "Linked Services"). You acknowledge that the Recording Agent may be unable to join meetings, recording may be interrupted, or certain features may become unavailable due to specification changes, API limits, defects, maintenance, or changes in the terms of use of the Linked Services. Jicoo shall be held harmless from any damages arising from such events.

You are responsible for managing the account permissions (e.g., recording permissions) of the Linked Services required to use Meeting AI. Jicoo is not responsible for any failure of the Recording Agent to operate properly due to insufficient permissions or configuration errors on your part.

Jicoo reserves the right to forcibly remove, stop, or restrict your use of the Recording Agent if excessive usage is detected (e.g., leaving a Recording Agent in a silent meeting for an extended period) or if data processing exceeds the scope of normal usage, in order to ensure the stability of the Service.

Analytics Data and Privacy

Jicoo AI may provide analytics data such as speaking volume, duration, and speaker diarization (collectively, "Analytics Data"). You understand that Analytics Data are estimates based on machine learning and Jicoo does not guarantee their absolute accuracy.

You agree to use Analytics Data solely for the purpose of improving meeting efficiency and quality, and not for the purpose of unfair surveillance, discrimination, harassment, or as the sole basis for negative performance evaluations of employees or participants.

The scores, speech analysis, sentiment analysis, and other metrics provided by Meeting AI are merely statistical inferences made by AI. You shall not use these data as the sole basis for definitive personnel evaluations, disciplinary actions, or adverse treatment of employees or contractors. Jicoo assumes no liability for any internal organizational discord, labor disputes, harassment claims, or other issues arising from the use of Analytics Data.

Use of Information Received from Google APIs

Jicoo's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Nature of Output and Disclaimer

Output from Jicoo AI (including minutes, summaries, decisions, tasks, visual images, etc.) is generated based on the probabilistic nature of AI and may contain factual errors ("hallucinations") or inaccuracies. Jicoo makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Output.

You are responsible for reviewing the content and making corrections as necessary before using the Output for business decision-making or sharing it externally. Jicoo is not liable for any results arising from your reliance on the generated tasks, decisions, or other Output.

Visual content generated by Meeting AI (including but not limited to summary images, thumbnails, and diagrams; collectively, "Generated Images") is intended as illustrative imagery to symbolically represent meeting content and is not guaranteed to accurately reflect facts, figures, or details of the meeting. Furthermore, due to the nature of AI, Generated Images may depict objects, text, or persons that were not present in the meeting ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for visually verifying the content and ensuring that no factually incorrect depictions are included before sharing Generated Images externally or using them as official materials.

Prohibited Uses and Sensitive Information

In addition to the restrictions in the Agreement, you may not:

(i) Direct the Recording Agent to join or record any meeting where recording is prohibited by applicable laws or the terms of the Linked Services. (ii) Interfere with, disassemble, or attempt to impersonate the Recording Agent.

It is not recommended to upload or record meeting data containing highly sensitive or regulated information (such as Protected Health Information defined by HIPAA, government-issued identification numbers, credit card information, or financial account information) into Jicoo AI. If you choose to input such information into Jicoo AI (including via Recording Agent recording), you do so at your own risk, and you acknowledge and agree that Jicoo does not assume any obligation to protect such information beyond the standard security measures for Customer Data (e.g., Jicoo does not claim HIPAA compliance for this specific feature).

When sharing content generated by Meeting AI (videos, transcripts, summaries, etc.) with third parties, you are responsible for issuing shared links and managing access permissions. Jicoo assumes no liability for any information leakage or damages arising from sharing with unintended recipients or the unauthorized distribution of shared links.
