What is this feature?

Real-time synchronization

Connect Google Calendar to Jicoo, and Jicoo will load your Google Calendar appointments to Jicoo, sync availability in real time, and show available dates in the booking page calendar.

Connect to multiple accounts and calendars

Google accounts with different email addresses can be connected to Jicoo. You can also connect multiple calendars. You can mix and match calendars from different accounts to easily show availability on the booking page for both personal and professional use.

Automatic reflection of appointments in the booking calendar when creating a booking

When a booking is accepted on Jicoo's booking page, the appointment is created in the connected Google calendar, and information related to the booking, such as the URL of the web conference and responses to the form, can be viewed on the Google calendar side.

Support for show specification

The booking page on Jicoo's side will reflect the booking calendar's display settings, such as "with appointments" or "without appointments. This prevents blocking of appointments that you do not want to block.

How to Use

From the "Menu" on the dashboard, click "Calendar Connection" to authenticate your Google account, and then select the calendar you wish to connect to.
