Eligible costs are limited to newly adopting a Jicoo paid plan (annual), including teams that sign a new contract after using Jicoo's Free plan or a trial. Eligibility overview
- What is eligible is the cost of newly adopting a registered Jicoo paid plan (annual). Teams already using Jicoo on the Free plan or a trial are eligible when they sign a new contract. Seat additions, renewals, and ongoing usage fees on an existing paid contract, switching (upgrading) to a higher plan, and other add-on features/services, are not eligible.
- You must be a small or medium-sized enterprise / small business (corporation or sole proprietor) registered in Japan.
- You must not be registered as an IT introduction support provider (including as a member) for this subsidy.
- Any contract, order, or payment made before the grant decision is not eligible.

You sign the contract after the grant decision. Obtaining a GBizID Prime account takes about two weeks and preparing documents takes several days to a week, so we recommend talking to us at least three to four weeks before the deadline. What exactly is eligible for the subsidy?
The cost of newly adopting a registered Jicoo paid plan (annual contract) is eligible, including a new contract from the Free plan or a trial. Seat additions, renewals, and ongoing usage fees on an existing paid contract, switching (upgrading) to a higher plan, and other add-on features/services, are not included in the calculation. Note that the estimate uses the list price of the plan you select to adopt (Enterprise is quotation-based, so we'll guide you through a free consultation).
