Main Changes

We have added a "Web Meeting" option to the location settings on booking pages. This feature allows guests to complete their bookings smoothly even when they have no preference for a specific tool like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Hosts can choose between "Guests select the meeting tool" or "System auto-assigns the best tool" modes. When auto-assignment is selected, the system automatically chooses the optimal meeting tool based on host availability and connected integrations. This makes the booking experience simpler for guests while reducing the administrative burden of meeting tool management for hosts.
