This enables Jicoo users to maximize the use of LINE, Japan's communication infrastructure with over 97 million monthly users, and dramatically streamline processes from scheduling to customer communication. Going beyond the limitations of email communication, the LINE integration feature ensures reliable information delivery, provides a smooth customer experience (CX), and promotes DX through business automation.

What is the LINE Integration Feature?

This is a new feature in Jicoo that allows users to link Jicoo's booking platform with their LINE Official Account, enabling seamless scheduling, booking management, and various notifications to guests (customers) directly on LINE.Guests can log in to Jicoo using their LINE account, significantly reducing the effort required for information entry during booking. This feature is provided with the Team plan, and there are absolutely no additional option fees or per-message charges based on the number of messages sent.

Main Functions of LINE Integration

• LINE Login for Guests: Guests can log in to Jicoo's booking page using their LINE account.
• Automatic Guest Information Entry at Booking: If a guest chooses LINE login, information registered with LINE (name, and optionally email address) will be automatically entered into the booking form.
• Customizable Automatic Notification Messages (Unlimited): Various messages such as "booking confirmation," "cancellation," "reminders," and "post-event follow-ups" can be freely edited and automatically sent to the guest's LINE. There is no limit to the number of messages sent.
• Flexible Friend Registration Settings: You can set whether guests are prompted to add your LINE Official Account as a friend during booking as "required" or "optional." (Guests must add your official account as a friend to receive notifications.)
• Per-Booking Page Integration Settings: Individual settings for the LINE integration feature can be configured for each booking page where you wish to use it.
