Resource settings on booking pages are now easier to manage and more reliable for teams using Google Workspace resources. You can now edit resource sets directly from Team Scheduling, see clearer guidance based on your team’s setup.

What changed

• You can now add, edit, and remove resource sets directly from Team Scheduling when editing a booking page.
• Resource sets that only include unavailable or no-longer-selectable resources are no longer shown as selectable options.
• The resource section now shows more appropriate guidance based on your setup, such as when team resources are already configured or when your Google Workspace account is connected but no resources are available yet.
• Booking creation and rescheduling now prevent selections that include unavailable resources, helping avoid inconsistent reservations.
