We have released the "Jicoo MCP Server," Japan's first Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed for scheduling and reservation systems.
Using major MCP clients such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Gemini CLI, you can now create and edit reservation pages or manage scheduling simply by giving natural language instructions to an AI agent. Operations that previously required manual configuration through the management dashboard can now be completed entirely through conversational AI.
The Jicoo MCP Server is available across all plans, including the Free plan.
What's Changed
AI-Driven Scheduling and Reservation Operations: Simply type a request to the AI agent, such as, "Create a 30-minute reservation page for sales demos on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00, with Person A and Person B as hosts," and it will generate and configure the page based on your conditions. Bulk operations, like creating multiple department-specific reservation pages, can also be executed entirely via conversation.
Delegating Availability "Judgment" to AI (Cross-Calendar Support): The AI automatically recommends optimal candidate dates by cross-referencing multiple calendars (Google, Microsoft, iCloud) and factoring in time zones, buffer times, travel times, and priorities. It can even handle ambiguous instructions like, "Give me three available time slots next week in the afternoon where all three of us are free, taking my travel time into account."
Developer Testing Environment via MCP + Public API: Developers can now test Jicoo API calls directly from AI agents via the MCP server. This enables low-cost implementation and testing for embedding Jicoo into internal systems (such as CRM or ATS) using purely natural language.
Expansion of Public APIs: Alongside the release of the MCP server, we have expanded our APIs to strengthen integration with your own systems:
- Meeting AI API: Retrieve transcripts, summaries, and highlights of meetings hosted on Jicoo.
- Reservation Page Creation API: Dynamically create and edit reservation pages via API without needing the management dashboard.
- Webhook Endpoint Management API: Dynamically add, retrieve, update, and delete notification URLs for events such as reservation confirmations and transcript generation.
