Member-Specific Connection Status Feature
Main Changes
We have improved the visibility of team members' service integration statuses, making it easier to check them by specific use cases.
Within "Connection Status," you can now toggle between Account Connection, Calendar Connection, and Web Conferencing Connection. Additionally, you can send reminder emails to unconnected members either individually or in bulk. This facilitates the early detection of missing integrations and helps encourage users to complete their initial setup.
What's Changed
- This can be accessed under "Connection Status" on the Service Integration screen.
- On the Account Connection screen, you can now view a list of Google / Microsoft integration statuses for each member.
- You can now send reminder emails individually or in bulk to members who have not yet connected their accounts.
- Added a Calendar Connection screen, allowing you to check the number of connections used for viewing and adding events, categorized by provider.
- Added a Web Conferencing Connection screen, enabling you to view the connection statuses for Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams in a single list.
- This feature is available to users with Administrator privileges or higher across all plans, including the Free plan.
