Main Changes

Meeting URLs are now displayed directly in LINE booking completion messages. Guests can open the link from the message, making it easier to join online meetings without first opening the booking details page.

How booking limits are determined

• LINE booking completion messages now display the meeting URL when one is available for the booking.
• Guests can tap the displayed URL to open the online meeting.
• Meeting URLs are displayed for supported online meeting services, such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Messages for bookings without a meeting URL remain unchanged.
• Reminder, cancellation, and rescheduling messages are unchanged.
