Main Changes

You can now insert images into the custom text of confirmation emails, reminder emails, and post-meeting follow-up emails. Each image can have a click destination URL, so you can guide guests to campaigns or related pages directly from your emails.

What's Changed

• Added an "Add Image" action to the custom text editor for these three email types (Team plan and above).
• Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, and non-animated GIF, up to 5 MB per file and up to 3 images per email.
• Each image can optionally have a click destination URL that starts with http:// or https://.
• Inserted images and their links appear the same way in the preview, in test sends, and in actual delivery.
• Images are kept per team, so a duplicated booking page can reference the same images.
• Cancellation emails, calendar invitation descriptions, and SMS are not covered by this update.
