Host Auto-Assignment Logic Enhancement
Host Auto-Assignment Logic Enhancement

Main Changes

The host auto-assignment feature has been significantly enhanced to enable more flexible and fair host allocation. You can now configure complex assignment rules that combine multiple hosts and teams, while managing each host's workload through detailed time limits and ensuring fair distribution of bookings. For example, you can create flexible combinations such as "Person A and Person B are required, plus either Person C or Person D" and set time limits like "up to 2 hours per day" or "10 hours per week" to appropriately control each host's workload. This enables efficient booking management across your entire team while ensuring fair distribution of responsibilities among hosts.

※This feature is not available for existing automatic assignment of personnel. The assignment list can be used when setting up new assignments.
