We have added a feature that allows you to block bookings from specific guests. This feature is designed for those who are dealing with guests who engage in problematic behavior, such as repeatedly making reservations but not showing up, or frequently canceling appointments. You can easily configure block settings from the contact details screen in your dashboard. When a blocked guest attempts to make a booking, it will automatically be treated as spam. Hosts will receive an email notification when such booking attempts occur, allowing you to manage your service with peace of mind.
