You can now create Meeting Analysis using the recordings and transcripts that Google Meet generates during a meeting. Instead of a separate AI bot joining the call, this uses Google Meet's built-in recording and transcription.

In addition to the existing "Bot participation" mode, you can now choose "Google Meet integration" as the source for Meeting Analysis.

What's Changed

• Meeting Analysis without a separate bot: This uses Google Meet's built-in recording and transcription, so there's no need to invite an AI bot. No bot appears in the participant list; instead, Google Meet's recording and transcription are turned on for the meeting.
• Automatic import after the meeting: When a meeting ends, Jicoo automatically imports the recording and transcript saved to the host's Google Drive and generates summaries, meeting notes, task extraction, and scoring.
• Default ON for recording and transcription: Team admins can enable a setting that automatically turns on recording and transcription for Google Meet events created through Jicoo.
