Main Changes

With the Google Meet integration, you can now import Google Meet recordings and transcripts into AI Meeting Notes even without the Recording & AI Meeting Notes add-on (available on the Team plan and above; included in the Max plan). You can also create meeting notes, a summary and analysis as a trial, up to 3 times per person. In addition, Meeting Analysis settings are now split into team settings and personal settings, and you can choose the import method (Google Meet / AI Bot) for each event.

What's Changed

• With the Google Meet integration alone, Google Meet recording and transcript files are imported into AI Meeting Notes. Recording with an AI Bot that joins the meeting still requires the Recording & AI Meeting Notes add-on (included in the Max plan).
• To create meeting notes, summaries and analysis automatically, you need the Recording & AI Meeting Notes add-on (included in the Max plan), and "Enable Meeting Analysis" must be turned on under Team Settings > "Settings" tab > "Meeting Analysis".
• Without the add-on, meeting notes, the summary and analysis are shown locked. Press "Analyze" on the AI Meeting Notes detail page to create them as a trial (up to 3 times per person in each team). We'll notify you by summary email when it's done.
• Team settings such as the import method have moved to the Team Settings > "Meeting Analysis" tab. Team admins can choose which import methods the team uses (Google Meet and AI Bot, both can be selected) and the default import method. Insight settings, Knowledge and Custom scores are also set on this page.
• AI Meeting Notes > "Settings" is now a personal setting for the import method and AI Bot settings used for your own events. Choose "Use team settings" to follow the team default.
• When the team allows both import methods, the host of an event can switch between Google Meet and AI Bot for each event from "Meeting Analysis" in the booking list, event details, calendar and more.
• Existing teams keep only the import method they were already using enabled, so nothing changes in how they work. Teams that have been using the AI Bot and also want to import from Google Meet need a team admin to turn on Google Meet under "Import recordings and transcripts" in the Team Settings > "Meeting Analysis" tab.
