You can ask your team members about their available dates, or ask someone about today's schedule, and let the AI act as a secretary to help you manage your schedule.
Schedule coordination with team members
The schedule coordination with your team members is provided as a preset. Select a team member(s) and Jicoo AI will search for all available dates and suggest the most suitable one for you.
Optimize Calendar
This is available as a preset. Jicoo AI will give you tips on how to make your calendar more efficient. It will present you with the dates before and after the change as a rescheduling suggestion.
Create a summary of your schedule
This is available as a preset. It presents a summary of the schedule for the specified period. If there is a double booking, it will inform you of it.
How to use
Select "Jicoo AI" from the "Service Connections" page. Click the "Connect" button to activate it, and you can start chatting with the "Jicoo AI" button in the navigation.
