Rescheduling & Cancellation Deadline Settings Are Now Available

Main Changes

To reduce last-minute scheduling disruptions, you can now set separate guest deadlines for cancellations and rescheduling. This helps hosts communicate clear cut-off times in advance and ensures requests are handled consistently once deadlines pass.

What's Changed

  • In Booking Page settings under guest update controls, you can now configure cancellation and rescheduling deadlines separately.
  • Deadlines can be based on either the event start time or 00:00 on the event day, and set in minutes, hours, or days.
  • Guests can now see cancellation and rescheduling deadlines on booking detail pages.
  • Deadline information is also reflected in email and LINE notifications.
  • After a deadline passes, guests can no longer cancel or reschedule by themselves and are guided to contact the host.
