Upon completing schedule coordination with Jicoo, automatically set up an AI bot to attend the meeting, handling recording, transcription, key point summarization, and analysis. This eliminates missed recordings and tool startup hassles while continuously accumulating meeting data. Meetings can also be shared internally as graphic recordings—single-image summaries.

2) Score the meeting content
You can set evaluation criteria based on your company's behavioral guidelines (values) or the success patterns of high performers (top salespeople, etc.). It quantitatively scores whether “high-quality conversations characteristic of that company” are occurring, serving as a common metric for training and quality improvement.
