Private Reading

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Natsumi Kataoka (“Bliss”). By booking or using any service offered through this website (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Reservation &amp; Payment:
Reservations for Private Readings are processed exclusively through a third-party platform, Jicoo. Payment must be made in full by credit card via Jicoo, Bliss’s designated third-party payment provider. Bookings are confirmed only after successful completion of payment.
Upon completing your reservation and payment on Jicoo’s website, you will receive a confirmation email from Jicoo. If you do not receive a confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours, please contact Bliss at hello@natsumikataoka.com.
All payments are final and non-refundable. You are advised to carefully review your decision before completing your payment.

Recording of Sessions:
Sessions conducted via Zoom may be recorded using Zoom’s built-in recording feature. An audio file of the session will be made available via a download link sent to you by email within twenty-four (24) hours after the session.
You are permitted to make your own audio recording for personal use only. Video recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.
All audio recordings provided by Bliss are for personal, private use only. Commercial use, public disclosure, reproduction, distribution, or use in media or public forums is strictly prohibited.
Audio files must be downloaded within three (3) days of receipt. Recordings are permanently deleted from Bliss’s system four (4) days after the session. Once deleted, recordings cannot be reissued or restored under any circumstances.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
If you wish to reschedule your session, you must use the “Reschedule” link included in your confirmation email. All rescheduling requests must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session.
All payments are non-refundable once completed.

Tardiness:
Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Bliss as soon as possible. Sessions will not be extended to make up for late arrivals.
If you arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late, you will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued, and future bookings may be declined.

Client Obligations:
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. While using the Service, you must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those relating to defamation, harassment, invasion of privacy, obscenity, copyright, and trademark infringement. You may not sell, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any information from the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Bliss.

Eligibility:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least eighteen (18) years old; (ii) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (iii) your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.


Disclaimer and Limitation of the Liability:
The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, disease, or ailment, nor is it a substitute for professional medical, financial, investment, or legal advice.
Bliss makes no representations or warranties regarding the Service and expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, validity, title, scope, and non-infringement.
You assume sole responsibility for all risks associated with your use of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, Bliss shall not be liable for any lost profits or for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service. The total cumulative liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by you to Bliss during the twelve (12) months preceding the first claim.


Indemnify:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bliss, its officers, directors, employees, and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Privacy:
Any personal information you provide to Bliss, or that is collected from you through the Service, will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

Modification:
Bliss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
