Synchronize appointments with contacts
Create a HubSpot contact for reservations accepted by Jicoo. In addition to the email address and name, the content of the custom form will be synced to HubSpot as properties.
Create meetings and automatically assign personnel
Create a meeting based on the reservation and link it to a contact; if you connect to a web conference such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams, the URL will be automatically created and registered in HubSpot. Also, automatically assign a HubSpot user to the contact with the email address they registered with Jicoo.
Schedule changes and cancellations are automatically reflected.
When customers make changes to their schedule or cancellations on Jicoo, the status on HubSpot is automatically synchronized. Both Jicoo and HubSpot can be used for booking management.
