L2: Short Phrases ― Uses short phrases (3–4 words)

L3: Simple Sentences ― Speaks simple sentences (5–6 words)

L4: Natural Conversation ― Can explain actions and plans

L5: Advanced Speaking ― Can express ideas and opinions clearly

L6: Fluent Speaks ― fluently in conversations

L7: Native / Returnee ― Near-native English ability
