We have prepared a How to Use Guide to make the process easier for new users.

This guide will help you prepare** to use the wealth of features available in Jicoo.

**We hope that you will use it as an individual or as part of a team.

1.Invite team members

Create a team by inviting members to join Jicoo.

By creating a team, you can streamline the scheduling process for multiple people and manage your schedule using a calendar.

2. Prepare for scheduling

By using the schedule adjustment function, you can save yourself the trouble of confirming, registering, and reminding your schedule in advance.

There are two types of schedule adjustment**, so you can adjust the schedule according to your needs.

Scheduling on the reservation page (fixed URL)

This is an online reservation type of scheduling where the client specifies the date and time from the available times by using a fixed URL.

Individual schedule adjustment (one-time URL)

This is a schedule adjustment service in which candidates are specified from the calendar, and the date and time are proposed to the coordinating party.

Flow of scheduling

Host STEP1:Issue URL for scheduling

STEP2: Send the URL to the guest via e-mail or messenger

STEP3: When the booking is confirmed, it is automatically registered in the calendar.

STEP4: Confirm the booking date, time, and URL for Zoom and other web conferencing services via email.

STEP5:On the day of the meeting, guests can join the web conference (Zoom, etc.) via reminder email, etc.

6. Consider a plan that fits your use

Jicoo offers three plans: Free Plan, Pro Plan, and Team Plan.

**If you want to add more applications or conduct web conferencing, we recommend the Pro Plan or higher.

When you register as a new member, you can use the Team plan for 14 days free of charge, so you can start using it right away.
