Create a booking page

This section explains how to create an itinerary page, which is the first step after registration.

Register first and view the dashboard.

After registering as a member of Jicoo, an automated scheduling service, first create a booking page** from the home page.


The information you enter on the booking page will be reflected on the page where you make arrangements with your guests.

Select Add Booking Page from Home Page.

The home page will appear first, and you can create a new booking page by selecting "Add Booking Page" in the right column.

The navigation includes "Booking Page", which displays a list of booking pages, and "Booking List", which displays a list of fixed appointments.

Check the booking page.

The dashboard shows the appointment pages that have already been created and can be edited.

After you register, you will be able to edit your booking page to include either a "30-minute meeting" or a "60-minute meeting".

Edit Booking Page.

First, click on the booking page icon and go to "Edit Booking Page".

After making edits, "Submit" each item.

Basic Settings

*Team/Pro functions are indicated by "()" in the item name.


Sets the title of the page.

Host Display Name

Select the format of the host name displayed on the booking page


Set how the meeting will be conducted (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams face-to-face, etc.).


Set the scheduled duration from 15 minutes to custom designation.

Time Interval.

Set the time interval to start the meeting; if 15 minutes is selected, meetings can start every 15 minutes.


Enter a description to be displayed on the booking page.

Reception Time Setting

Acceptable Period. 

You can set the period of time to be accepted as a date candidate on the booking page.

Set a range of consecutive days from the day of the booking.

Specify a range of start and end dates for acceptance


Grace time for acceptance.

Sets the number of minutes after the current date that the application will be accepted.

For example, if "1,440 minutes" is set, acceptance will begin at the same time 24 hours later.

Block all-day appointments.

If the linked calendar contains all-day appointments, set whether or not to block the display of these appointments as date candidates.

Block Holidays.

If set, holidays will not be displayed as a candidate date. Currently available only in Japan.

Available time before and after schedule.

You can set the interval between candidate dates and times to be displayed when you have an appointment.

Register free time before and after an appointment as an appointment (Team).

When set, the free time before and after an appointment will be registered as an appointment.

Adjustable time. 

Sets the time of day when appointments are accepted. Templates can only be added by the administrator or higher of a team user.

Additional Options

Team Appointment Booking

Members (Pro).

Select the members who will participate in this appointment from the members belonging to the team.

Notify members (Pro). You can specify members who will only be notified of activity for this appointment. Notification members are not taken into account in the availability of the appointment calendar.

Number of available appointments (Team).

Specify the number of multiple people who can be booked per slot. (Blank for 1 person)

Display of Full Seats (Team). Sets whether or not to display full occupancy when all reservations are filled on the reservation page.

Conditions for extraction of scheduled dates (Pro).

Sets the conditions for available dates.

  • Dates when all members can attend (AND condition)

  • Dates when any one of the members can participate (OR condition)

Automatic assignment of personnel (round robin) (Team).

When the extraction of dates is OR condition, it is possible to automatically assign the person in charge of the schedule within the team members.

Setting the person in charge at the time of rescheduling.

When the schedule is changed, it is possible to set whether the person in charge should be re-selected or not.

Keyword blocking judgment(Team).

The presence or absence of certain keywords can be set as a condition for displaying available time on the booking page.

Publish participants (Enterprize).

Allows the display of participants to a single time slot.


No designation" unless managed by a specific project.

Booking Completion Page

Complete Adjustment Message.

If a message is to be displayed on the Adjustment Completion screen, enter it.

Page transition after booking completion (Team).

You can redirect to any page after the booking is completed.


Invite to Calendar.

Invite guests to appointments to be created in the calendar by guest email address.

*"Canned text settings" are available in Team plan.

Send acceptance email.

Notify the guest that the appointment has been accepted when it is created. You can also set a canned text to be appended to the body of the email.

Canned text settings are only available in the Team plan.

Send Reminder Emails.

Send a reminder to guests when the schedule is about to be implemented. You can also set the canned text to be appended to the body of the email and the time of sending.

※ "Canned Text Settings", "Change Send Time", and "Send Multiple Times" can be set in the Team plan.

Sending Cancellation Emails.

Notify guests when appointments are cancelled. Canned text can be added to the body of the email.

Canned Text Settings" and "Sending Time" are available in the Pro Plan.

Send follow-up emails after implementation (Team).

Send a follow-up email after the schedule is implemented. Canned text to be appended to the body of the email and sending time can also be set.

SMS Notification (Enterprize).

Send an SMS reminder to the guest when the booking is about to be implemented.

Receiving changes from guests(Pro).

You can change whether or not to accept cancellations or rescheduling from guests. If you disallow, the link to the cancellation and rescheduling page will not appear in the guest notification email.

Publication range.

Select the public scope of the user page.

Public/private email addresses.

If set to public, the registered e-mail address will be notified to guests when booking are accepted.

Display of email sender (Pro).

You can change the originator display of booking-related e-mails such as completed bookings, cancellations, reminders, etc. to guests.

Edit Design.

Design Settings

Cover image (Pro).

You can customize the cover image to your original image. Default will be changed randomly by "Booking Page Category".

Branding (Pro/Team).

The logo and team name displayed on the page can be changed in the team settings.

Calendar display method (Team).

You can choose how to display the calendar when selecting dates.

Time-based (weekly)" and "Month + time" are available for the Pro plan.

Calendar week starts (Team).

You can change the starting day of the week for your appointment calendar.


You can change the theme color of the booking page.

Various URL settings.

Links to social networking sites and websites can be set up.


Edit Form

Question Item Customization.

Fixed items "CC email address", "Company name", "Message", "Required/Optional", "Show/Hide" can be selected.

Additional items (Pro).

You can add additional questions for guests to enter when accepting bookings.


Additional services and payments

Service Selection.

You can link the services you have created to the booking page.

Payment Method.

You can choose to pay on-site on the day of the event or pay by credit card (in advance). ※Credit card payment (advance payment)" is Team plan

Sell To

You can select "Sales in Japan" or "Not including Japan".

Terms of Use

You can set the terms of use you have created.

Cancellation Policy.

You can select the cancellation policy you created.

Application Linkage

Set up application linkage

Slack Notification Settings

Send acceptance, reminder, and cancellation notifications to the specified channel. Requires app integration.

Google Analytics Tracking ID (Team)

If you specify a Google Analytics ID, you can embed the tag in the booking page and the completion screen to analyze the data.

Salesforce registration settings (Team)

Automatically create leads and actions (creating appointments to record activities) in Salesforce.

Items to be automatically registered in Salesforce (lead information, actions (activity records))

Update of existing records in Salesforce (overwriting existing leads)

Record types to be assigned to leads

Forms integration (basic setup questions can be registered to Salesforce items)


Check preview the booking page you have created.

The URL of the page you see will be used to adjust the dates.

Booking page.

The "Booking Page" will be displayed.

Copy the URL and send it to the guest via email or messenger.


The page you have created will take your guests about 10 seconds to complete**.

Start scheduling

STEP1:Issue URL for scheduling

STEP2: Send the URL to the guest via e-mail or messenger

STEP3: When the booking is confirmed, it is automatically registered in the calendar.

STEP4: Confirm the booking date, time, and URL for Zoom and other web conferencing services via email.

STEP5:On the day of the meeting, guests can join the web conference (Zoom, etc.) via reminder email, etc.

STEP2: Select a date and time, and submit your name, e-mail address, and other necessary information.

STEP3: Confirm the receipt completion mail

STEP4:On the day of the meeting, participate in the web conference (Zoom, etc.) via reminder e-mail, etc.
