First, go to "Account Settings > Calendar Linking" to check the accounts to be linked. You can check from the following URL https://www.jicoo.com/dashboard/calendars/settings
If the "*" checkbox is checked, the account is linked.
■If the linkage is not established (check box does not appear)
Please follow the navigation to reconnect.
When reconnecting, please check all Google certifications.
■If the linkage is working (check box appears)
*If the "Register Appointment" toggle is turned on, the appointment will be registered in the linked calendar. (If it is OFF, the appointment will be created in Jicoo, but it will not be reflected in Google Calendar.)
If the above does not resolve the problem, please follow the steps below. Check at which step of 1 to 7 the error occurs in the connection.

Go to the Google side and authenticate your account.
Approve the linkage on the connection screen with Google
Check the box in the red frame.
Go back to the Jicoo side, and the Google linkage button is set to "Release" (connection succeeded).
Check the account to be linked in "Account Settings > Calendar Linking" at the following URL https://www.jicoo.com/dashboard/calendars/settings calendars/settings)
If the "*" checkbox is checked, then the account is linked.
